Based myself in Asheville to drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway to view the fall foliage, and after a long day of driving , Jargon was just the thing I needed to cap off the day. I wasn 't looking for a cookie cutter restaurant experience, and with a menu that changes daily, Jargon fit the bill perfectly. Excellent experience from start to finish. A neat space, great service and food that you can savor with every bite. I wasn 't looking for a place where I had to ask for a to go box to take leftovers home, I was simply looking for a unique food experience. Kudos to team Jargon for providing that on my trip to Asheville. Can 't wait to return.

I was fortunate enough to score a last-minute reservation on the patio for 5:30 PM on a Wednesday night. The service was outstanding, from the staff answering the phone to those welcoming us at the entrance and throughout the meal. While the interior ambiance was delightful, I personally prefer dining outside. My server, Jarrod, coordinated with the chef to accommodate my food allergies when recommending menu items. The NC trout was incredible—hands down the best preparation I've ever had, and I consider myself a big fish lover. It was served with a light sauce and warm grapes, which were simply delicious. I wish I could describe it better; I should have taken a picture of the menu, as I believe it changes daily. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Hats off to the whole team there!

My husband and I had been to Jargon a few years ago and loved it, so we had high expectations for meal on Saturday. We were not disappointed. Excellent service, great casual vibe ala record player and cozy setting. We had the Salt Roasted Beets and bread service as an appetizer, great flavors. My husband had the Duck entrée which was moist,flavorful not greasy as some duck can be. I had the Sweet Potato Chickpea Tofu Green Curry entrée that had crisp broccolini not everything smothered in sauce. Great cocktails and wine...excellent evening!
