Long John Silver's (70113) - Asheville

The food was hard and unfortunately, everything was overcooked, making it inedible. I ended up throwing most of it away.

The food is excellent and brings back fond memories. It's the nearest restaurant to my home, which is two hours away, so whenever we visit Asheville, we always make it a point to stop by.

The staff here is always friendly. There's one employee we met before the pandemic who was incredibly helpful and enjoyable to interact with. After the pandemic, we decided to return because we remembered the wonderful experience she gave us. On our most recent visit, we saw her again, and she is the reason we sometimes drive over an hour to come to this location. I've forgotten her name (she's an older white woman, and since she was busy at the drive-thru, we didn't want to interrupt her), but she's been with the company for over 10 years. She noticed us at the register while we were wearing our cowboy hats, waved, and greeted us with her infectious smile. We truly appreciate her!

Food is always fresh and hot. Employees are always nice. Plus they brought the cheddar cheese bites back and they are supposed to be a permanent menu item now.

I went to the one on Brevard Rd. Not as good as the one in Biltmore. It is also a lot more expensive. My regular meal at Biltmore is $14. Same meal at the Brevard Rd location was $21
