New Belgium Brewing Company - Asheville

I loved the tour here! I went to both Sierra Nevada and New Belgium for tours, and I far more enjoyed this one not only do you get a look at how they make the beer, you really get to know their product line. And there is generally a LOT of beer tasting along the way, making the tour more and more fun as you go. Plus, there's a slide! Highly recommended.To just go and hang out, it's very much on the casual side. There's a bar inside and usually a food truck outside, with lots of seating on the new beer garden patio. I love that they fixed up an eyesore on the French Broad river and is doing good for their employees and the environment.I've even been on the tour at the original Fort Collins location, and thought I didn't have anything new to learn, but it was still just as much fun, even if it is a little more expensive a tour here than in Colorado.

90 minute tour was pretty good. Good tour guide but I've been on better tours at other breweries. We only had 3 beer samples instead of the advertised 4+ though. Beer is awesome, as always. Some of the bartenders were friendly, the ones outside not as much, wouldn't put my beer in the fat tire glass I already had so I had to pour the cup into the glass. Silly rule as everyone outside had glass. Nice live music and the food truck items were tasty. Beautiful property!!

Really fun and family friendly brewery. Food trucks are always serving up tasty eats in the parking lot and the large grassy field makes it feel like a day in the park or a visit to a local festival.Great ipa’s and sours empress was exceptional. Got the wood aged sour flight since you can't pick your own here. The beer was pretty good, and the outdoor part was nice.

There's so much to learn from the new Belgium brewery tour! Cam was a great tour guide and offered a great education experience. From sustainable process to fun slides that take you from one floor to the next, this brewery tour is a must experience! Plenty of samples during the tour as well, so make sure you eat something first!!
