Sonic Drive-in - Asheville

I'll put that on hopes that someone will see higher up. I went through the drive thru to 9/5/2022 about 5pm to get a reese shake. I took a swallow from my milkshake and a fingernail went on the straw and in my mouth. I was absolutely disgusting and gagging. there was also (what seemed a gray colored) hair in the cup. I was on the way to work and called to run the lead. I didn't even want my money back or a new shaker I wanted to make them realize so that they could get along with their personal. I was polite even though I was terrible. all manager on duty replied with (one who started with a s I think) was that no one worked with gray hair and I must have the wrong situation. his ton was extremely rude. I confirmed the location and told him that I was not mistaken and I was very upset as I had just a human fingernail in my mouth through that. the manager just said okay and I hung up. that wouldn't be a big problem if he had apologized for it and told me he was? d look at it. I'm totally horrified. this place is obviously unconfirmed and management refuses to take account of accountability.

I send at least 3 times a week to sonic! with more than one opportunity I don't get the kirschsirup in my koks, although I pay .59 extra for it!

National french fry day, so I ordered some riders to a few different places. these pommes were really good. they were obviously freshened, as they were hot with no limpness at all. I saw perfectly salted and they were cheaper than the arbys pommes that were hardly warm, limp and over seasoned/salted.

New update 6/162022 They are back open. New update 6/12 /2022 THOS STORE IS STILL CLOSED. I'VE SENT PICTURES TO VERIFY TO GOOGLE BUT THEY SAY THE OWNER HAS VERIFIED THAT ITS OPEN. IT IS A LIE I DON'T KNOW WHY GOOGLE DOESNT CARE AND THE OWNER EVIDENTLY DOESNT CARE IF THEOR CUSTOMERS KEEP COMING TO THE CLOSE STORE. LOOK AT THE OWNERS REPLY TO ME. ITS APPARENT THAT OUR TIME AND GAS DONTMATTER TO THEM.THIS STORE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED! Google, along with the owner seem to not want to update this information. There is a hole in the side of the building. This is my favorite of our local Sonic Drive-in here in Asheville. For Sonic themselves I love that they offer tater tots, the footlong Coney, and milkshake. I've enjoyed their chicken pieces many times also. In June 2022 I've been disappointed that they are taped off and appearantly temporarily closed. The have now hiring still on their readerboard. I hope they reopen.

It was a sleepy night when we rolled into one of the stalls. It was only us and from the incline and desolation of the dark highway there was a nice secluded feeling. The man who responded and served us was notably calm and pleasant. His voice was so smooth that we thought it was a recording. I got more than a Butterfinger/cookie dough blizzard though. I got assurance that customer service is not dead and that sometimes magic still can happen in these places
