People who say that the employees are rude are likely to be customers that cause problems. every single person I interacted with at this place was super sweet, and the service is so fast! Eating is always hot and tasty!

The personal was super! fast and efficient. lady in the car was thru so sweet! she made sure my order was correct.

When they die, they don't expect to eat much fast. I found out that with my plan I could eat some very customized options at tb. I drove to this place on Sunday morning. the young who worked the drive thru were more than the recording of my custom order, and an absolute joy. they didn't make me feel like a disturber, and my order was right. in a time when I do not really expect exceptional service, I really appreciate the time these workers have taken over and beyond to make my diet fast eat well and order painless!

Alison on the trip thru is super friendly pepsico bought taco bell in 1978 and later spun its restaurants division as tricon global restaurants that later changed its names in yum! brand.

3 stars because day shift is 5 stars, night shift is 1. I don't know if it's sheer volume of business, or lack of a manager on night shift. But the difference is truly day and night.
