Domino's Pizza - Ashfield

Very good service with a friendly staff.. pizzas were so good and were so quick. Highly recommended.

I used to frequent this restaurant, but I have since stopped going due to a few issues. Papa John's, located just down the road, is much better in comparison. During my last visit, I picked up a pizza that was burnt, and on a previous occasion, my order was completely ignored even though it was sitting on the side ready to go. Despite my repeated attempts to get their attention, the staff continued to ignore me. After standing there for several minutes, I finally received my order without any apology. Another customer who was waiting observed the situation and even apologized for finding it amusing, noting that it seemed as though the staff was intentionally ignoring me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Absolutely shocking! Waited an hour and a half for 2 pizzas. Was told when I called to chase the order that we’ve not got any drivers. They offered me some free nachos as an apology. When the food arrived, no nachos and some of the toppings were missing that I’d paid extra for. Stay away as its changed. Must be new staff and owners as it used to be good.

The food arrived quickly and was very warm. The staff and delivery driver were both great. I will definitely order delivery from this restaurant again soon.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant about a year ago. I ordered a pizza for delivery, but it arrived with no cheese on it. I called to complain, and they sent out another pizza, which also had no cheese on it. Fast forward to now, I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, the pizza still had very little cheese on it. I regularly order the same pizza from the Domino's in Kirkby In Ashfield and it's always perfect. It seems like the Sutton franchise is cutting back on ingredients to maximize profits. I would recommend making the extra trip to Kirkby In Ashfield for a proper Domino's pizza if you're picking it up.
