India Food 2 Go Kirkby - Ashfield

I am a big fan of curry and I have to say that these young chefs really know how to do it right. The flavors are fantastic and the food always arrives hot, even when we are a 20-minute drive away! The meat is always cooked perfectly, especially the succulent lamb. I can't wait to go back for a traditional balti tonight!

The service can be a bit slow at times, but they are quick to address any issues. I regret not trying this restaurant sooner, as my meal was absolutely delicious. If given the chance, I would definitely go back and change my initial impression.

From here ordered for months, eating is fantastic when they get it right. objects are always missing, false dishes, delivered, never on time. the staff is friendly, eating is nice, but it is a lucky dip from the menu and they would have better luck with a crystal ball to predict the delivery time.

I love eating at this restaurant, but the problem is getting my food in a timely manner. It usually takes 2 to 3 hours to receive my order, but tonight was the last straw. I placed my order at 6:10 pm and it wasn't even entered until 8:52 pm. I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I asked at 9:30 pm, they said it would be another 25 minutes. This would have made it almost 4 hours since I placed my order. It seems like they had no intention of delivering it on time. Even though we may live a bit far, they do deliver to our postcode so they should be able to handle it. It's frustrating that they would accept orders they can't fulfill. It's disappointing that they claimed my food was delivered after just about an hour. Despite the good food, I won't be using this restaurant anymore.

Order pre 7pm wanting food for 10.30pm. 3 and half hours for them to prepare food and get it to us. They changed delivery to 11pm which is fine it was new years eve. However at midnight it was clear that our food wasn't going to arrive, my partner is a care worker and helps the vulnerable throughout this pandemic, and these clowns can't even let us know our food won't arrive. Our old regular Indian restaurant has turned into a joke because they are greedy and accept too many orders. Managers must be absolute clowns. Won't order from here again after years of ordering. Should have let us know you had so so long to either tell us or get us our food. Also, I paid £35 for 2 people, not the cheapest out there. Just go elsewhere or expect cold, late or no food.
