Kaspas - Ashford

I normally love kaspas and find the staff so kind but I went for my birthday with my friends and we were in the toilets getting changed. I heard someone outside shout at us to hurry up so stopped what I was doing to let them go to the toilet. As I left I realised it was a cleaner but just went back upstairs leaving two of my friends still in the toilets. One of my other friends goes down to the toilets only to have him say to her “can you tell your friends to hurry up!” I understand if they were taking too long but I didn’t think there was a reason to be so rude. We were all to scared at the time to say anything about it to members of staff so decided to leave it. Other than that I had a great time here with my friends and would recommend you to go. X

My son has been wanting to come here for some time so today we decided to give it a try. My son had the Bubblelicious ice cream, my wife had the After Eight ice cream and Inhad the Banoffee waffle. Everyone loved the food. They have an app which I think you can use to order at your table but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe next time.

Awful restaurant and even ruder owner We had a very bad experience with this restaurant where our daughter was sick straight away when leaving. The facilities were disgusting. This was raised with the owner Clive, who wanted to go back and forth on email 20+ times. Eventually I called and actually got Clive on the phone, who was rude, threatening, didn 't want a civilised phone call and hung up. I would not recommend going here and I would defiantly not recommend dealing with Clive, who was very abrupt, rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic and just wanted to waste my time while the 'restaurant looked into what I had raised ' while he had no intention of putting this right.

Inappropriate staff members! I went with my boyfriend and was nothing but polite to the staff members. Tell me why they wrote all over his takeaway box with hearts and kisses. How disrespectful and unprofessional can you be. Don’t be so desperate, it’s embarrassing

Took my daughter in for an end of term treat, she loved it. It is clean, staff are pleasant and helpful. Really well done.
