Feedback gevenFirstly, I have to say that the service at this restaurant was terrible. I am extremely disappointed that my friend ordered a 5-piece meal and didn't receive his chips. His selects were cold and one was missing. My burger looked like it had been thrown against a wall and stomped on, and my friend's cheese bites were solid and ice cold.
I am not happy with the large latte I received again from this restaurant. It was only half full and stone cold, with no steam or froth left. This has happened at least 3 out of the last 5 times I have visited. I don't want to complain today because last time I did, they made me wait 10 minutes for a replacement latte and gave me attitude. I expect to receive what I pay for, especially when I order a large. There was no line at the drive-thru, so there is no excuse for my drink being cold. I am disappointed with the lack of quality control at this establishment.
I go to this restaurant once or twice a week, and there is always a long wait for the food. I have never been there without being told to "wait in the parking lot." And when the order finally arrives, it is always wrong. I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they need to improve their management.
Cold limp fries, lettuce going brown and dry burgers. Would have had chicken, but they had run out, seems to happen regularly that they run out of stuff. This was Saturday lunchtime, so surely they would have ordered enough to cover the rest of the weekend, bad planning! Won't be back.
We have been here a couple times recently after the cinema or driving home etc, everytime have asked for a caramel iced frappe and a fanta. They don’t have either. It’s such a small menu, how do they not have the stuff?! Chips are always thrown in the bag and never full, I guarantee you get the same amount in a “large” as you do in a medium so save your pennies. Useless place.
