Warm and friendly greeting at the arrival, spacious and well presented restaurant. eating was excellent quality and almost all locally produced. served without feeling hastened with good portion sizes. good selection of wein for me and a non-alcoholic cocktail for the wife. would definitely recommend it!

On the pricier side, but eating was really good. I personally do not like to add an optional service change to restaurants, especially when the drinks were 20 minutes late, but my other half insists that we pay the extra £10. the total service was at the beginning a bit slow, but as mentioned, eating was very delicious and it is a nice restaurant.

Amazing food, really enjoyed the visit. Wheen looking at booking best in mind the menu at the venue is bigger than the one online, giving more options.

The event was beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service. They hosted a lunch for 60 guests and went above and beyond to assist. The food was incredibly delicious, featuring amazing local products. I will definitely be returning!

Delicious food and excellent service, but be sure to dash out before the bill arrives! Just kidding—it's actually a great value for the money. The interior is charming, especially if you recall the warm bitters and sandwiches from when it was called the Standard. If you're looking to save a bit, I recommend going for starters and a coffee.
