Hiro Ramen - Ashland

This restaurant is so warm and delicious. Every bite is packed with flavor!

I came to this restaurant specifically for the ramen, based on previous reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that none of the broths were vegan-friendly.

We adore this restaurant and usually make it our first stop when we arrive in Ashland. The gluten-free noodles are a hit with vegans as well.

The rugs with sweet or curry broth can be made vegan by keeping the egg and subbing for vegan noodles. we have the razor that is quite delicious, and they can add additional veggie toppings. my favourite dish is the Japanese curry bowl loaded with root vegetables and they can add some soft tofu. the personal is very knowledgeable about the menu and what is vegan.

Excellent suppe, rice bowls and personal. will make a sense to go back and try their other place in medford.
