Northwest Pizza - Ashland

I visited this restaurant for the first time recently, as I'm still exploring the best places in the area. The food was ample, delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were prompt and friendly. While I’m not really into sports, so the numerous TVs don’t appeal to me much, I was pleased that the atmosphere wasn't too loud. We especially enjoyed dining by the fireplace. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try and I'm excited to come back soon.

As a follow-up to my review, I want to express my appreciation for the owner's response. He took the time to contact me and apologized for our disappointing experience. He also issued a full refund, which was incredibly considerate. It’s great to see such customer service, and I understand that we all have off days. His response definitely deserves 5 stars!

I had the opportunity to work here for a brief period, and I can say that Morgan, the owner, is a genuinely good person who truly cares about his employees and customers. Almost all of the food is prepared in-house, which is a real plus. The breadsticks are my absolute favorite in town. If you're a fan of good food, you’ll definitely find something you love on the menu. Shoutout to the northwest crew—you all are fantastic!

Stopped in the other night for the first time. Being newish to the area, I'm still checking out the sweet spots. The food here was plentiful, tasty, and affordable. The staff was timely, and pleasant. I'm not much of a sports fan, so the number and variety of televisions isn't really much of a draw for me. but the fact that it wasn't overly loud sure was. We enjoyed sitting by the fire to enjoy dinner. I heartily recommend checking this restaurant out. I'm looking forward to returning.
