Very fresh and vibrant. Good vibes and music. I think they could take it to the next level with some grilled chicken, goat cheese or sliced raw salmon and tuna. Fried clams or rare slices of lamb. I'm making myself hungry!

The Northwest salad, their signature dish, is hands down the best salad I’ve ever tasted. The house-made smoky onion dressing has quickly become my favorite. The salad is loaded with delicious apples, blueberries, candied hazelnuts, and smoked nut meat. The smoky flavor beautifully brings everything together. I truly hope they keep it on the menu, as I could easily come back just to enjoy that for the rest of my life. If I could eat at NW Raw every day, with their amazing salads and raw cakes, I’d have no trouble being a fully raw vegan. The service was excellent, too. I loved the ambiance, especially the cozy fireplace and the overall decor of the restaurant. It's fantastic that everything here, including the toast menu, is gluten-free, along with a wide variety of raw options. The raw pumpkin cheesecake is absolutely delicious. During a road trip, I saved some of the cheesecake, and even after six hours in the car, it still tasted incredible—I ended up eating the entire thing! I’m thrilled to hear they’re expanding and opening a location in Bend, Oregon. I really hope they make their way to Northern California someday!

The large juice (32 oz) costs $1.185 per ounce, while the small juice, which I was informed is 12 ounces, is $0.791 per ounce. This seems pretty silly to me. The manager claimed that buying the large one is cheaper, but that's not the case. However, the juice is excellent—I drink it every day.

I ordered the Oregon Outback Toast and it was fantastic! The bread was incredibly earthy and nutty—absolutely loved it. The pesto was delicious, and the nut meat was cooked to perfection. The cashew cream sauce had a unique flavor, reminiscent of cheese but not overwhelming, which complemented the toast beautifully. A light drizzle on top really added to the experience. It was so delicious that I had to order another one!

We've had breakfast here two days in a row and wish we lived closer. No matter what dish out drink you get, you'll leave with a smile on your face. Healthy, creative, raw, organic and delicious! And staff is fantastic.
