Ok ok... New favorite Sushi place in Medford. Great atmosphere, competent fast friendly service with very reasonable prices. The Sushi was fresh, the Pork Belly Ramen was fantastic and the Sake selection possibly the best in town. You must try Salmon Citrus and Hamachi Jalapeno rolls! Highly recommended!

Best sushi my husband and I have eaten since moving back to the Rogue Valley over ten years ago. Servers are still learning the menu, but they are sweet and attentive. We’ll definitely be returning to our new “go to” sushi restaurant.

Hands down the best sushi and overall dining experience in Medford! The sake selection is amazing and the cocktails are gorgeous and delicious. Can't wait for Sakana Co to open in Ashland!

We celebrated my eldest daughter's birthday at Sakana Co. We were absolutely delighted with the food, the sake and the service ! We're coming back soon!!
