This place is a complete disappointment—avoid dining here. They rarely have fresh bread available, and they seem to be either closed or just hanging out in the lobby eating. They only offer one type of chips, and overall, the experience was terrible. The staff leaves much to be desired.

Without a doubt, the worst dining experience in Ashland. The service is incredibly poor; I've left more times than I've actually eaten here. If you see more than one car in the parking lot, I recommend driving right past. Even Walmart offers a better experience! During my last visit, the gentleman at the counter was wearing a hoodie that said, "**** your feelings." The prices are outrageous! This place has really declined since the change in ownership. It’s unfortunate, as it was the only somewhat healthy fast food option in Ashland. Avoid this place at all costs!

I typically grab a meal at Subway while on business trips, but this location has officially made it onto my list of places to avoid. Every toasted sub was overcooked, leaving my bread hard and crumbling. I requested light mayo packets, but they misunderstood and slathered on enough mayo for two sandwiches. What bothered me the most was seeing a young girl, clearly under 14, stocking shelves and bringing ingredients to the front counter while holding a cell phone. She clearly wasn't an employee and wasn't following proper food handling procedures.
