Briquettes Smokehouse - Ashtabula

We came from the city to the area to visit the local wineries. We decided to try this restaurant. The ribs and wings were the best I ever had. Everything was hot and delicious. The ham and cheese Croissant my husband had been great that he loved it! The service was also wonderful. We will definitely come back.

That was the absolutely best Russian sandwich I ever had in my whole life! The smoked corn beef was cooked for perfection. Absolute perfection on a plate.

Love the food! Staff is ALWAYS very courteous, friendly. Interesting cocktail and beer to try. Great location too.

This place was excellent. ... from California.. and my son from Texas.. we all knew we didn't try mexican or sushi in Ohio.(or TN for this matter)... this smokehouse impressed! The smell hits you when you go in first and it's only positive from there. It's all right! We didn't know there were more BBQ sauces. So ask... independent. we know BBQ..5 stars! BRIQUETTES has not disappointed!!

W...O....W! is all i can say. not really, theres more. My sweetie and I made our first visit on a referal from a friend. And glad we took the recomendation. The service was on point. We ordered the Big Nasty dont let the name fool you. Everything was exceptional. However, they had run out of ribs before we arrived. They accommodated by offering a substitute which was equally tasty as the other meats. For a good bbq, a nice comfortable setting and a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed. Bring your second stomach. I highly recommend this eatery. They have earned a second visit for the anticipated Award Winning ribs.
