Punch Bowl Social Cleveland - Ashtabula

I'm from Michigan and had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I called to inquire if we could change our reservation, and the young lady informed me that my partner and I could come, only to find that the patio area was closed. The staff seemed quite uninformed about the situation. I believe they could have done a better job of informing us about what was available and what was not. Additionally, I didn’t see anyone smile during our visit, which made the atmosphere feel quite unwelcoming. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience, and we ended up leaving. Thank you.

It was my husband's birthday and we were on the dach, which was amazing that she was just what I hated, was the service that men were everywhere and not have nobody actually taken our orders

Our service was very slow, we waited 30 minutes to get our drinks, our server never came to ask if he wanted more drinks. Our server never told us when it was last call for alcohol.

Our server was nice for the most part but the place was empty and there were a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing. Service was pretty slow and everyone was really odd with how they behaved and treated us, including the activities person. Probably wouldn’t ever do a business event there again. Wasn’t horrific but definitely wasn’t good.

Our server was absolutely horrible, we had a party of 10. It took forever to get initial service, then she messed up everyone’s orders for example, I asked for fries and never received them, asked for a milkshake and it never came till I reminded her twice, someone else asked for one, she brought the wrong one, asked for a drink with Red Bull on the side, they added it, which made it water downed, she replaced it and then brought the last persons burger after everyone had finished eating I might add and was so happy to say she put the pickles on the side which we didn’t ask for. Service was super slow, we couldn’t even get our water refilled.She made excuse after excuse and didn’t even know the menu!
