Bella Italia Ashton Under Lyne

Perfect spot for a leisurely lunch! We made our reservation online, but they were running a bit behind. There were two adults and a 3-year-old with us. The children's menu had excellent options and great value. The adult menu was somewhat basic, but there were still enough choices to suit our tastes. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Alongside my meal, I enjoyed a pint of Lisa Italian Camp, which I had never seen before. It was delicious and reminded me of cream soda!

Came in last night as a last minute treat after a long day with my family including 2 small children. The waiter who greeted us and served us was amazing, he was so polite, nothing was to much for him and he didn't mind running around after our needs when we needed a high chair and my little one changed their mind about wanting chesse on the pasta. All done with a genuine smile and kindness. I then find out he is the manager! Wow what a guy. The food was excellent and the other staff who brought our drinks over was just as genuine and polite. I havnt been here for over 2 years, but with the food quality and excellent staff including a great manger I will definitely be recommending this place and be back often. Thank you for a lovely experience after a long day. It's hard to get genuine people who enjoy their job and look after customers with true care these days. You nailed it.

I would like to begin to say that the pizza was not the best I had eaten (I am italian, so maybe that is to take into account when reading this review). I decided 5 stars still thanks to our waitress. she did a take-off job. she was so polite and nursing and looked after our needs (we are vegetarian). excellent customer service skills. if it wasn't for them, I would have rated this place 3 stars. Honestly, she's a big advantage for her team!

The dining experience and service were excellent; I will definitely return to this place.

For my high-time meal after bella italia and was incredible. the personal could not do enough to help us all on our special day. they went beyond and beyond with the table and decorations and the service was amazing. the food was also beautiful. I would like to be natasha for sorting all balloons and tables so beautiful for us and so friendly and chatting with everyone.
