Chick-fil-a - Ashwaubenon

Amazing food as with all locations, they had samples of breakfast foods when we were there last which I didn't even know they did, and they were outstandingly good. The only negative I've ever had was in my last visit where I paid for the large waffle fries and drink with my meal and basically got the standard containers with in a large container (just over half full), but still not enough of an issue to not still give it 5 stars.

This is the 3rd time on separate occasion that I had order a southwest salad from them and on all 3 separate order they have FAILED TO GIVE ME A DRESSING packet with my salad order. HOW DOES SOMEONE FORGET that????????? I understand if it was the first time but to happen 3x on separate orders several months apart. When I called to tell them, the lady who answered just said could you come back to pick it up, as if gas is cheap these days, not to mention I am on a timed lunchso that leaves me with three choices either eat it that way it is without the dressing, don't eat it and maybe it might still be good when I get home, which is in 4 hours or spend more time on my lunch driving back to a place I was alreadyat to grab the one item they should have remembered to provided me with from the beginning and have little no time to eat my salad. Maybe retrain your staff on making sure an order is complete before handing it off to the consumer. Unacceptable!!!

The line was kinda long but worth the wait. The employees are top notch! Customer service is excellent everytime!
