Chez Nous - Asnières-sur-Seine

You want REAL French atmosphere this is a lovely place to stop for a drink or two or three after work - sit outside and just relax. It has a good events calendar too.

At the heart of Asnières' beautiful central residential neighbourhood lies this café at the ground floor of a beautiful building, with a good exposure to sun and with a good large terasse outside (which is a bonus in Asnières with its tiny boardwalks). The atmosphere is convivial and relaxed, although occasionally there are live concert evenings (jazz mainly).I tend to come here for drinks which I always enjoy, the mojito is wonderful and the coffee specialities are good.

A delightful local wine bar that offers affordable but good french and sometimes non french (ie spanish) wine.

This place is nice, but only to locals - to local French people not really something for tourists. A little bit further down the road there's an Irish pub
