Picked this place off of the reviews and rating. It did not disappoint. We started off with the fried potato’s, Then had the lemongrass curry and one of the vegan bowls! Both dishes were fresh, filling and so good. I recommend this place
The truffle fries are very tasty — With crispy shell and it’s very flavorful. Overall food and service are great, and not very expensive by the Aspen standards. I had Lemongrass yellow curry with tempura fried chicken. Tasted good.
Nice ambiance (like pretty candlesticks on the bar and intricately painted columns) and the menu is phenomenal. It's gastro pub fare but had some nice twists that made it stand out from your typical gastro pub. Service was excellent. Fair price range as well. I'd definitely go back.
I don't know why it's so hard to find decent East Asian food in the places I frequent, but Im happy to say that I'm more than pleased with Hao House. Ticket ordering and metal chopsticks may be jarring to some, but the food I've ordered is excellent. I definitely recommend the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) and Army Stew, though the bulgogi is also quite good.
