Casa D'angelo Aspen

The food was visually appealing, but unfortunately, it didn't taste very good. Additionally, the atmosphere was quite noisy, as most people were talking loudly. I think the restaurant could benefit from some background music.

We had a fabulous dinner at Casa D?Angelo. We had a Buffalo Mozzarella that was out of this world. I had the Veal Chop special stuffed with Prosciutto and cheese with a wild mushroom sauce it was so delicious and tasty. My wife had a lobster dish and that was a bit too salty for her. Service was impeccable and the staff was very accommodating to all of our needs and questions. Would definitely go here again. Reservations are highly recommended.

As a long time local I look forward to hating new places but have to admit that I'm a huge fan. The space is much more alive than when it was Pinions brighter and louder. Been in twice now, sat at the bar both times and had terrific service from Brady and Colin. Terrific wine by the glass selection, memorable classic Italian food, and had Angelo come and introduce himself.
