Antica Norcineria Umbra - ASSISI

Our first night in Italy (second time in Assisi) and we stumbled onto this restaurant which is on the fringe of the main drag. What a wonderful, first night experience! The food (pasta in particular) was phenomenal; the service spectacular; and the all around experience just amazing! I could use every positive adjectives to describe this wonderful restaurant. We spent 3 weeks in Italy and we quite often reflected back on this first night experience throughout our trip. There were many good meals, but few compared with the all around experience we had here. It is a husband and wife team that owns, cooks, and serves here. We will go back!!!

It was the only place where, during my one week stay for summer holidays, I had dinner twice. I am very sorry for two things: the lady, even beautiful, goes in vain if the room fills (it is cool! you are good, if people do not want to wait for a kebab! e. was warm! air conditioner but open doors. I'm sorry. you eat really well but you make a useless sauna. I saw people complain. sin.

Very good the cutter but just enough the first. it will be that we arrived a little late but the staff, however educated, did not result particularly empathic
