An old hotel, the suite had a lot of space but not very comfortable. Quite an old hotel. Everywhere a puzzle of some kind of food and dampness. Fur coats were sold in the lobby. The kitchen is tasteless, according to the menu, everything that was ordered is either oversalted or overcooked. Кухня невкусная, по меню все что заказывали то пересолено, то пережарено. Навряд ли порекомендовала бы

Останавливаюсà в отеле Султан Бейбарс не первый раз. В номерах очень тепло, чисто. Персонал всегда приветливый. Очень радует завтрак в номер. Документы на проживание без проблем и очень быстро предоставляют. Отличный отеля для деловой поездки в Астану.

Clean rooms, clean bed and towels. The room is warm, there are no foreign odors. I am pleased with the choice of breakfast menu. Breakfast, by the way, is sooooo delicious. Recommend Чистые номера, чистая постель и полотенца. В номере тепло,нет посторонних запахов. Радует возможность выбора завтрака по меню. Завтрак,кстати,оооочень вкусный. Останавливаюсь второй раз в этом месте и всем довольна. Единственный минус у прикроватных светильников не горят лампочки. Всё остальное . Рекомендую
