It's delicious it's hearty and the price is honest. The staff is not tender, but we're not here for that. The big voice of the boss who presses you during your order, the cries of the waitress who desperately seek who is this Bernard who ordered 3 plates of charcuterie... this raw atmosphere goes well with the generosity of the plates. Do not ask for a raw ham plate in the entrance if you are two, there are for 4!! I didn't try everything, but it's definitely the best fries steack we find at 1600m altitude. Little track: For the less assiduous, go down the blue sun track to take back gently... for the more athletic people take the telesiege next to the restaurant and go down the elbow, beautiful red hilly track where you will quickly forget everything you ate. In short, another beautiful day in the Pyrenees!!
