Although we had visited several locations, this was the best ever! Very nice, well maintained, excellent cleaning (including the lawn in front and behind with the grass cut and well cared). The owner Monja was super helpful from the very beginning, very kind and very good to recommend the best ideas for having a perfect wedding, as well as being very patient with us spouses a little exhausted. The catering she recommended was phenomalous, the food was fabulous and the organization was excellent. We had a beautiful wedding in this wonderful location. I personally recommend it to everyone!

I was with my family on the occasion of a baptism. Fantastic location. But what really makes the difference is the staff of a rare kindness. Congratulations!

I congratulate the magical and romantic place at the same time. A location that when you go home left you something like a trip. Mrs. Monia organiser of all cares the details before and after in a meticulous manner, because you see that she loves her job but above all loves to cure the spouses.. My niece and her husband had thought of having an outdoor lunch for their wedding, and my sister and I were a little skeptical at first. But this choice turned out to be the best: there was no hitch, given the unusual request, and we were on a terrace with a beautiful view of Asti. It was the berry that everyone will remember that day!!!! I recommend this villa to all those who want an exclusive place and a huge park reminiscent of fairy tales I still thank all the responsible and I make my best wishes to all of you Greetings

As a frame of my son's baptism we could not choose a better place. A 19th century manor just outside Asti, with a garden shaded by majestic secular trees, perfect to take a walk in the cool enjoying the breathtaking view of the city, and that allows children to play under the eyes of their parents. We didn't even hear the buzz of a mosquito so I guess they did a very effective treatment. The villa also has a historical value as it is owned by the Levi family and its descendants Montalcini and in the 1930s hosted Professor Rita Levi Montalcini, winner of the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1986. A special thanks goes to Monja, who takes care of every detail of the location. A super person, very predictive, and always glad to put his performance at our service. You can see he does this job for passion. Location and Monja simply impeccable!!
