I would rate it a 4 out of 5, but the beans weren't great. I definitely recommend the steak!
Food is amazing but service is terrible!!! They show up every 40 minutes, very grumpy girls. Such a shame ANSWER TO THE OWNER: The review wasn?t double. It was 3 different people having a horrible experience at your restaurant. I have been at thisrestaurant multiple times for over a year and the experience is always the same: terrible service. Even though I appreciate thefree round of drinks (after you reading our review) I don?t go to your restaurant for free drinks, I go to your restaurant forthe good food and hoping to receive good service. But that?s never the case. Instead of saying that I am a one star customer,you should use this as constructive criticism since after evaluating other 1 star reviews is obvious that we are not the onlypeople that appreciate the good food but dislike the terrible service that is being offered at this place. Train your staffinstead of discussing with me. The waiting time for the ?check in? wasn?t the problem, the bad attitude and the lack ofattention was.
The service was friendly, and the interior was well-decorated and clean. The food was decent; however, I personally prefer ceviche with a vinegar base and a lighter sauce, and the fries were a bit cold and didn’t taste like they were freshly made. On the bright side, the BBQ wings were quite tasty.
37th time at this restaurant, I come back because it?s close to work and on my way home. The food is incredible. The servers are mediocre to put it gently. 30 minutes without a water refill or any questions in regards to any additional food items after weordered appetizers. I know this all sounds like a first world problem, but if I provided horrible service to my clients I wouldbe bankrupt. Im in real estate and one of the factors that may differentiate me from another salesperson could narrow down toservice. In sales the experience may be the only thing we actually sell. Hope you enjoy the food, it?s great. But I pray youfind the patience to deal with the service.
