Grand Avenue Pizza - Astoria

This place has the best pizza around! The service is quick, the slices are large, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly. We eat pizza here all the time because the quality is fantastic. I usually find that just two slices are enough to fill me up. Don't miss out on the garlic knots—they're absolutely delicious! We always bring our little plastic container for marinara sauce to dip the knots, and the staff never minds when we ask for a refill. Highly recommended!

The pizza here is fantastic! Most of their options were sold out, but I managed to snag the last slice of the white pizza (made with ricotta) along with a pepperoni and mushroom slice. Both were incredibly tasty. It’s a shame that we can’t find white pizza at our local pizzerias where I live. The sausage roll was also amazing and packed with flavor. I will definitely return the next time I visit my son who lives in this neighborhood.

This small restaurant has plenty of seating and a very friendly staff. The pizza is amazing! I know they make their beef patties in-house, but I wasn't impressed with them. However, since they focus on their pizza and other items, I’ll still give them five stars! The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, which adds to the experience. The chicken roll was delicious; it may be a bit smaller than at some other places, but it's packed with flavor. And as other reviews have mentioned, the Minetron Soup is exceptional and definitely worth a try!

Service was fast and friendly but the food wasn't great. Cheese pizza was ok, chicken calzon was good, the beef pattie was not good but just like the reviews say the minestrone soup was really good. They have a large selection of pizza slices and a medium size seating area in the back. Parking around the area can be tricky. There is no parking structure only street parking.
