Hard Rock Café - Asuncion

We attempted to dine-in but had to leave after 1 hour due to receiving nothing -not even water. It took 40 minutes just to have someone take our order and they had neither of the appetizers we wanted. I requested to speak to the manager and he never showed his face. Even after explaining how long we’d been waiting, the waiter didn’t even bring our drinks and instead was running to serve the table behind us, who had come in at least 20 minutes after us. It was incredible. We left. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The food was just so-so except for the onion rings, which were good. The booth was very uncomfortable.

Good food, good service, music quite loud, but then it's called Hard Rock Cafe for a reason.

Clean and well decorated with rock and roll themes, rock and roll videos playing non-stop on several screens. Large servings for each food item, including appetizers. Good draft beer, but very limited selection of craft beers even though they are listed on the menu.

I was so surprised to see there was a Hard Rock in Paraguay. I only went in for a drinks and a pin and shot glass. But the gift shop was closed, However the staff opened it just for me. So I was very appreciative of that. The staff did not speak any English, but was still able to make it all work.
