Was disappointed in this specific Aroma branch. First of all their aircons weren't working and it was super hot inside the store. The lids did not seal on my cup so I had coffee all over. The bathrooms are in a terrible state.

Asked for a plain tea, got one with spearmint and a huge amount of sugar. No baby chairs in sight, and l wasn't offered one, though l made my order at the counter with a (visibly heavy) baby in my arms. Seems like minor problems, but very annoying during a long car ride with an unhappy and tired baby.

Lots of vegan options, healthy and fresh food. Toilets are located behind the Cafe and were quite dirty..
