La Adelita Mexican - Atascadero

Sounds like this place used to be pretty good? Unfortunately, did not have a good experience with the food. Host was attentive and friendly, menu was fairly basic, free refills on fountain drinks was nice, but the chips and salsa were taco works chips and jar salsa. No beer permit was a bummer also. Ordered an al pastor burrito but received a rice, bean and cheese burrito with very little meat. Had small chunks of what i thought was pineapple but they had no flavor at all? Could only stomach half the burrito. Good prices but quality of food will prevent me from coming back.

It's a little hidden but service was good. We ordered carne asada fries and their sope special (w/rice beans) and it was delicious.

This is one of the best places for Mexican food in Atascadero.

The tacos here are truly scrumptious, and they have an incredible deal every Tuesday!

I had an amazing experience dining at LA Adelita for the first time. I’ve heard that the restaurant has a new owner, and the food was outstanding. I ordered the enchiladas with carnitas in salsa verde and the mariscada, a delightful combination of meats and seafood. Both dishes were fantastic. I really enjoyed my time with my family!
