Sonic Drive-in - Atchison

Disappointed in the size of portions for the price paid. The fries look like they were made from poor quality potatoes, nearly every one had those dark spots on them. The booth I sat at on the outdoor patio had a non functioning card reader. Other Sonic restaurants I have visited have similar issues, some even had bays closed off due to falling bricks as a result of apparent hits from cars.

Waited over 10 mins and still no one took our order.

Order 2 shakes on the app. Got there and brought them home. Both was not full in the cup. Was missing whip cream and cherry. The one has hardly any fudge in it. The carhop girl also didn't know which stall to bring the shakes to. This sonic needs workers that know what they are doing.

I stop at the Atchison Kansas store to pick up a quick sandwich for my husband after a meeting. It was 8:20. A car was in front of me that waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take his order. I talked with him then looked back and there were 4 more cars. I pulled out and went to window. ALL of the employees were sitting around on the floor and no one was doing anything. This was Tuesday Oct 2, 2023.

On my last visit after pushing the red button to order food, I waited for over ten minutes for someone to take my order. the drive up was nearly empty and no one was in the drive through)I finally got tired of waiting and left then went to Dairy Queen where I got prompt
