Poor standard and maintenance Shower soap dispenser empty and insecure Toilet seat insecure No sink plug Wall and lamp not working No milk for tea or coffee No sanitiser for remote control and kettle handling Owner opened door without knocking Overpriced for supposedly hotel standard

This family run hotel is a gem! It is ideally situated for Cliften, Galway and the Wild Atlantic Way.The welcoming atmosphere coupled with excellent food made for a very relaxing break. The breakfast deserves a special mention. The room was spotless. Social distancing was observed.I look forward to visiting excellent hosts, Harry Alico again in the future.

When I made my reservation I requested a quiet room however I was put into a room above the bar and heard noise up until 1am. I was getting up for work at 6am so I did not have a good sleep.

I had a meal today 17/11 with my boyfriend. The food was excellent, service was friendly however our issue is with the pricing. We opted for lite bites that was served with chips. However it was one price on the menu and charged a different price at the till. We asked for extra hot water and got a new pot of tea which we were charged for. Also we were charged extra for the chips when it was clearly to be included. Left a bit overpriced!! Not a happy couple.

Excellent food, ambience and hospitality. The vegetarian curry is delicious. An excellent venue if you enjoy chatting with friends over a tasty meal.
