We never were able to reach the restaurant in the first place , because there was no place that we could park. All parking places in the area were full and there is no place to leave a car at the hotel it has no parking space. When you have such a restaurant that has a specific target group of customers, you expect that at least you will have the ability to leave you car at a private parking area. So after driving around for minutes or so , we lost the reservation and we decided to go elsewhere.However i have no problem with OpenTable service which was flawless and helped us a lot to do all the reservations and remind us of this booking. Unfortunately as said, we were never able to enjoy it, as GB hotel management has not predicted to keep parking spaces for their clients. A real business disadvantage for them. Its not just about a dinner reservation but possible a negative point on the business in whole, since a dinner may be followed by another request to organize maybe a presentation or something else.anyway, many thanks to OpenTable and their service. Hope it will help more people
