The manager, Amanda, was very rude. I won't be returning.

The baked beans were prepared yesterday and simply reheated for today’s service. I paid $8 for the BBQ nachos, but it was just a plate of chips with barely any meat or cheese. They didn’t seem willing to rectify the situation. To try and make it more palatable, we added BBQ sauce, but it didn’t help much. Additionally, our food was left sitting on the counter without any notification, leading customers to stand around and wait for their orders. Everyone in line experienced the same poor service, with some even deciding to walk out. The woman taking orders was quite rude, making the whole process feel inconvenient. With such food and service, I genuinely doubt they can stay in business. I won’t be returning.

This is an updated review. The new staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job of serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. Thankfully, the previous problematic staff with their negative attitudes have moved on, allowing you to fully enjoy the fantastic meals that Buddy's is known for. The pulled chicken dinners are especially tasty, complemented perfectly by the baked beans and corn on the cob. It’s a GREAT MEAL! I’ve even started savoring my hot fudge sundae cake before I leave, as I know the ice cream would melt during my 30-minute drive back to Dayton, TN. The drive-thru service is very quick, and the team members who greet you are always smiling and seem genuinely nice. Keep up the great work! Best regards, Don Blaylock, Dayton, TN.

Absolutely trash, don’t waste your time with this place. Simple instructions are to much for the staff they hire to comprehend.

I get a large pork sandwich fries every time I go. It is always good. If you go there, get the pickles!
