Dunkin' - Athens

I almost lost faith in Dunkin' Donuts in North Alabama, but this visit has restored my hope! I just went through the drive-thru at 11:15, and the young lady who prepared my drink really took the time to stir it properly. It made for a 5-star experience! Great job!

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts. This particular location has experienced a somewhat high turnover rate and occasionally faces technical issues with their computers. However, you can still place orders online, which only takes about two minutes, and you can earn rewards while doing so. The donuts sell out quickly, and the menu offerings often seem to consist of just one or two items at a time. The customer service and drive-thru experience are fantastic! The staff are great listeners and communicate well. Plus, their prices and online rewards are fantastic compared to Starbucks!
