Krystal - Athens

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place through a delivery service. The restaurant is decent, but it's best to dine in person. My experience with delivery was a bit disappointing, and although it's partly due to my partner's choice of delivery person, it can happen when using unreliable services. It's frustrating, and I'm hoping they'll reconsider who they allow to handle deliveries, as some shouldn't be doing it without supervision. Overall, I rate it a solid star.

Great drive thru customer service! Young man from Central America. He was polite, engaging, and concerned that order took longer than normal due order size. Food hot and delicious. A college and now still a grown man's favorite!

First timer wasn't my favorite but they were fast and open late. The small burgers just didn't do it for me.

The old reliable. Who doesn't want a Krystal and some chili once in awhile? Consistent. Clean. It was a treat as a child and it still feels that way. Add some crispy fries

I have been to this location twice. Both times people were fighting in the store and this time they got my order wrong. However, the drive-thru moves surprisingly quickly and the older lady who works there is very nice.
