Noodles and rice were dry, but the flavoring on the food was immaculate. We went through the drive thru, and our food came out immediately.
I had to arrive at launch time and everything was fine, super, fast, excellent service, very attentive and the food was super delicious
They were out of fried rice for my order and they had to make more, but when I got it it was very under cooked. Very disappointing .
I want to stop for a moment and say thank you to Julio. My husband went to panda for our dinner as a special treat after a long hard week of work. We had the honey sesame chicken honey walnut shrimp n noodles. We ate the chicken and when we moved onto the shrimp we both agreed that the texture wasn't right and we called to ask if the shrimp is already cooked before they fry it. My concern was it being undercooked and because it's seafood I didn't want to risk it. Julio politely asked if he could do anything to make our experience better. My husband did not want to drive back up there because he is exhausted and we have little ones at home. Julio kindly offered to allow us to exchange our order at a later Date when we are up to driving again. Isn't that crazy? I can't believe it! Now that's customer service with a smile! Definitely not to be taken advantage of but unheard of none the less... I almost gave up on humanity and customer service until this moment. I wanted to say thank you because people are real quick to gripe but not stop to give thanks where thanks is due. So thank you!! Life is expensive and as I said going out to eat is a reward for us. Thank you and happy new year ? I hope you get a raise ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
