Feedback gevenLast week I came in and purchased a large mocha Frappuccino. It was so bitter that I threw it away. Drive thru cashier told me there was nothing “they” could do now. To me it sounded more like there was nothing he wanted to do to make it right. Today I pulled up at the drive thru ordered the same large mocha Frappuccino, I asked the drive through cashier if there was anything he could do to make my Frappuccino not taste bitter and let’s just say he knew what the Frappuccino needed to taste just right!
The best Starbucks I’ve been to. The food was amazing, and so was the drive thru employee. She was super sweet and kind, and unfortunately I forgot her name.
Such a pleasant experience! The service was extremely excellent and the drinks were perfect!
Sad if they have to go to the qt for coffee because they can't get a drink right. I was wasting money on a special coffee and it tasted like passion as tee mixed with espresso. I almost had a gag reflex. beautiful surprise. and a greater inconvenience must stop for coffee a second time and spend additional money on something that should not be ruined. when they work in a caffe, they know how to make coffee, please. also the vanillaschoten tasted dry and stale. another disappointment. not another chance here. two stars just because the customer service thru was friendly.
Very fast service, and they always pay attention to the details of an order and never mess our drinks up. We love this location.
