Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Went 6/12/22 placed order online pick up at 18:15 pm, got there a few minutes early ca. 6:10 pm don't eat ready, we waited for an additional 20 minutes after the pick-up time finally got to eat, got home and we live less than 8 minutes from the restaurant! brot was so hard that I could use it to blow away the boneless wings had no sauce on them, had no wort, and the offers were half boiled and uncooked! no dip sauce, ranch or zaxbys sauce or fork! service je! worst left message on the website and got call by general manager she was nice and told us to come back and let her rotate our meal times, but we decided against her because daughter and I both got sick from previous nights eating! I understand that everyone is short-handed, but is still proud of what you are doing! my own daughter works in the restaurant business and they are shorthanded, but would never send out that! Sorry that zaxby lost the business! this is safe! we are going to raise crisp or winghouse or anywhere other than the wide street zaxby’s location!

Sa in line for over 20 minutes for pommes that are not cooked all the way away and finger the size of a half fry. wow.

Wow this place is completely downhill they go to order the food and the girls in register cut their eyes on them and in the ground they look like they hate white people. I feel completely judged when I go in there and I will never dream of stepping back in this pathetic load foot, with the workers who are so upset that they look like they want to hit you to eat. I would make myself out of this to avoid zaxby, like the plague. I mean one of 10 absolutely terrible customer service and it begins with management.

Absolutely terrible customer service they are in the ground racist by throwing the eyes on you, who are crazy that you can say that they are lying and hating their job and they take it on you every time I go in there. almost every other zaxby’s in breathing is 10,000 times better, the people have not so angry trashy settings when they come to get a command. I would stay away from this restaurant if they have a possibility because they are absolutely pathetic and mean

Terrible wait time at drive thru, seems it always is. Drink machines are either out or one doesn’t work, every single time I’m there. Food is just ok, lately…. Fries are always soggy and they took fried mushrooms off the menu. Really, Zaxby’s ?? One of best items on menu !!!! Last 2 times I was there, my toast was burned as well and chicken overdone. I’m not sure why your line is always soooo long because you’re failing miserably.
