Cook Out

Stood there for 10 minutes at the front waiting for someone to take our order. Had everyone in the back just staring at us not even coming up there. Poor guy next to us was trying to get ketchup and was actively being ignored.

The food was good, and hot. Issue was I placed the order at 12:01pm (time on receipt), finally received the food at 12:24pm. Was told they were waiting on the fries? That's a bit excessive of a wait time.

Great prices compared to other fast food places. The food was mediocre but based upon price it’s a win.

This place used to be a good place but now it's went down hill I don't know if they have new managers or what the last 3 times I have been there weither I take out or drive thru they have gotten my order twice in the drive thru ordering plan burgers or hotdogs with cook out style on the side because I have a 30 minute drive and don't like my buns all soggy as I think anyone wouldn't want and plainly in English tell them when I'm ordering as well as at the window both times being told it was right no need to check the first time get home and everything soggy nobody listened the second time one order done right and the other order soggy again nobody listens so tonight I go in the store and order everything on the side in person and they finally get that right to get home and find out they didn't give me my 2 side items so 3 times in a row either I have the worst luck or new managers that don't hold nobody accountable for good service and listen to there customers and don't short them on food also the last 2 times they try to give me a small drink when I asked why they said that's what it comes with but every sign and menu clearly states the trays come with Large Cokes clearly says it on your signs I suggest if you want proper service and your order correct for what you paid for you better FIND SOMEWHERE ElSE TO Go
