Big Chow Grill - Atlanta

I've reserved for my daughter's birthday. when we came to the restaurant, it was closed. we have never been notified after confirmation of the reservation. very disappointed!

The flexibility here is fantastic for large groups. everyone is his own cook and can do everything they want.

I called a head and planned a reservation, but they were not open when we showed up. apparently, our group is not the only one that this happened when another couple came and also had reservations.

I can't believe you allowed me to make a reservation when they're closed. You have to fix it.

There was 4 of us to celebrate my son’s birthday for dinner. The music was loud, we found it hard to have a conversation. The mens bathroom was dirty, no paper towels, paper towel dispense tore off wall, toilets looked as they had not been cleaned in weeks. In general, the restaurant was unkept with trash on the floor. On a positive, the food and service was good.
