Feedback gevenI went to the restaurant at the night of the 2nd. June 2009 and asked if a cheeseburger was on the dollar menu and if not, how much was it for cheese. The Mgr. in service was evil, militant, rude, loud, confrontative and unprofessional and did not listen. As such, she reacted by saying that people think I'm stupid and continue to argue. If she has problems, she should leave her home. When I asked about the corporate office number or the store number, she wouldn't give me the company seat number and she also gave me the wrong number to the restaurant. I am Snr. Manager for a company and I will make sure that I am NOT eating our employees in this Burger King. She should be rude and evil to a customer, then try to justify the behavior. As a manager, I would have sent her home.
The guy who took my order, seem brash and obviously annoyed.Then I ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissantwhich they got it wrong.

Ratchet, slow, and unprofessional. Don't ever go here on your lunch break. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever.
