Feedback gevenIt was a couple times to get donuts for teamworkers and grab some snacks. the donut racks had paper liners hanging over them and looked creepy. not many donuts available. they had stopped once at 5 o'clock and had three choices of donuts, they could not fulfill a dozen donut order. do not load back into these.
The staff seems nice, but I never got an ice cream that is done right. wild inconsistent and they all taste strange. please make them normal.
Had nothing but bad experience. the workers are really nice, but ive still to go and actually get what I'm ordered will go to another franchise from now on
Under new management! Thank you! For years, the lobby was locked, and they frequently ran out of the bases. However, during my last two visits in the past two weeks, I encountered no issues and received prompt service. If you've had bad experiences in the past, I encourage you to give this place another chance.
So far, the new management appears to be an improvement! This was my first time receiving service at this Dunkin'—previously, I would arrive to find the door locked or not get a response at the drive-thru speaker. Today, however, we had excellent service, and our order was accurate!
