I recently had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and I want to extend a special thank you to Mark for reaching out and ensuring my last visit was rectified. It's refreshing to find a business that truly cares about its customers and their experiences. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit, confident that I will once again enjoy the same top-notch quality food that I've come to expect from this location. While my last meal didn't quite meet expectations—having to recook the grilled chicken and noticing the chicken tenders were unusually small and not up to par—it's clear that this is usually my favorite place to dine. I appreciate that they are committed to their customers' satisfaction and I trust that any hiccups will be addressed. I can't wait to return and enjoy the delicious meals I know and love from here!

I really enjoy fresh2order, but I can't recommend this location. Three of us ordered salads, and they all arrived dry. When I asked for more dressing, the girl at the register told me I would have to pay for it! I explained that my salad was very dry and had hardly any dressing, but she insisted that's how they are served and that I had to pay for extra dressing. To make matters worse, we waited an additional 25 minutes after our orders arrived before my son's chicken fingers finally came. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Fresh2Order offers a fantastic selection of healthy alternatives that are not only delicious but also come in generous portions. It's definitely one of my go-to spots for a healthy meal. The menu features a variety of options, and every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, with still more to explore. The service is consistently excellent, and they have some intriguing side dishes and sauces to pair with your meal. You can choose to dine in or take your order to-go. On each of our visits, the restaurant has been pleasantly uncrowded. Located inside Cumberland Mall, there is also an accessible entrance from the outside.
