Firehouse Subs Cumberland Mall

Delicious sandwiches and the finest customer service I've ever encountered.

Since I was in the Cumberland Mall area I decided to stop by this firehouse subs to give them a try. Is Firehouse subs has been here I want to save for maybe 4 or 5 years if I'm not mistaken, it's a great and nice location sits on top of the hill plus plenty of parking space in the back they even have a patio dying in area as well if you want to sit outside. I will say it was around lunch time when I went so the wait time was almost 30 minutes but I believe they had a catering order in front of everyone else's order. But other than that I have no other complaints, as always I love Firehouse Subs you can't go wrong!!!

I stood in front of the cashier for over a minute while he continued his phone conversation with his girlfriend, completely ignoring me. He didn't say a word and gave me a puzzled look when I spoke up, as if I was interrupting him. Meanwhile, everyone else around him was busy working.

Wow! I enjoy many different firehouses, but I can confidently say that I would drive past three just to eat here! The food is fresh, of premium quality, and prepared by someone who is truly passionate about serving great meals. FANTASTIC! Thank you, ladies! I can't wait for my next visit!
