Can I give a sixth star for the service? My experience at Fogo de Chão was simply amazing. The food was outstanding, but the service took it to another level. Having endless rounds of meat carved directly at our table was a dream come true. The buffet bar was filled with a variety of delicious sides and appetizers. I left feeling as if I had consumed a cannonball—in the best possible way! Our server, Jean Paul, exemplified hospitality and could easily teach a class on it.
