Love the food service but it's so loud you can't hear conversations.

Everything just took a long time. Some of the food orders were incorrect, and the service was slow. The quality of the food was good. We did have a large party, and at first had some attitude and rudeness from the staff, but they did end up very nice. Noticed several other tables around had food issues as well.

The service was amazing we love the Atlanta Hard Rock!!

We booked reservations through Open Table for two. Sat down immediately. We were waited on immediately for a Saturday night, that was excellent. My burger fries were made to order and very delicious. My husband's meal was a little different. He had the ribs pulled pork. It also came with cold slaw baked beans. The ribs were very good, but the pulled pork was not so good. The cold slaw was extremely dry bitter the beans were just bad. I gave it 4 stars because half of his main meal was good, mine was excellent, service was excellent.

My first time dining at Hard Rock Cafe and the experience was very memorable. The atmosphere was very groovy and inviting. The server, Tre was excellent. We had a rarely large group. All of our orders came out correctly and in a timely manner, the appetizers came out before our food. Overall everything was great. We enjoyed ourselves
