The drinks were probably the best thing I had. The Japanese whiskey is a hit for sure. We definitely enjoyed the Sit where you please option. The service is kinda bad. We had to ask our server several times for straws, utensils, plates, refills etc. The Ramen was mediocre but had decent flavor. I wish the calamari was cut up a bit smaller as well, it was super hard to chew and eat. I probably will not return but it was an okay experience.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was told to choose any seat that I liked. The place was quite empty when I arrived, which I found welcoming. I could envision the area becoming crowded and difficult to move around in, given the number of chairs present. The service was great, and the appetizers were delicious. However, I found the Ramen to be just okay. Personally, I felt that something was off about the texture of the noodles, the heaviness of the ingredients, and the way the eggs sunk in the dish. It seems that there is a specific art to plating Ramen properly. Despite this, the meal was filling, and surprisingly, I did not need more noodles. The pork BBQ, on the other hand, was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for the enjoyable social atmosphere it offers.
I went to this restaurant for lunch with my partner. The location was great, parking was easy, and the food was incredible! We started with the sticky fries as an appetizer and I had the yakiniku ribeye for my main dish, which was absolutely delicious. My partner ordered the street ramen with shrimp. The prices were reasonable and we left feeling full and satisfied. Our server, September, was very friendly which made the experience even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
You must try this restaurant, not only for their delicious ramen but also for their addictive sandwiches. It is one of our favorite places to dine in or take out on the south side. Their classic ramen is always satisfying, and their curry ramen is truly impressive. If you enjoy spicy food, everything I have tried on the menu that was spicy was flavorful and fiery. We have visited several times and have always had a great experience with excellent service.
