It's not quite as good as Chipotle, but you definitely get your money's worth. The staff is really great, too.
I ordered from this restaurant for a work meeting I was hosting. I requested Door Dash delivery. The delivery driver texts me 15 minutes before our scheduled lunch break to notify me that the restaurant told him they didn't have my order when he went to pick up. I called the restaurant back to back for 10 minutes before I got an answer. I was then advised that the driver was wrong, and that my order had been ready for 20 minutes. I had to go pick up my order, and while in Moe's (on the phone with Door Dash) the cashier told me he didn't need to speak to the Door Dash representative to confirm that I would be receiving a refund of my delivery fee and driver tip. I had three large boxes, and no one at the restaurant could even be bothered to help me put them in the car, and it wasn't even busy! The overall experience left a lot to be desired. Needless to say, I never received the refund for the delivery fee and tip. I only chose this store because 10% of the proceeds were being donated to Bert's Big Adventure. I will not be returning.
I just left here 15 mins ago after getting my food. As I?m eating my food, I kelp spitting out a lot of uncooked rice in my bowl. I closely examined my food and realized that a lot of the rice was undercooked.
